When you start a chat or send an enquiry, I store the name, mobile number, email address and message you type, along with which page you were on when you opened it. That last part is so I know what you were reading before you got in touch, rather than having to ask.

The chat keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage so the conversation is still there when you come back. It is a random string — it holds no personal detail and is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser data deletes it, and with it your access to that thread.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they might reasonably lead to work, and deleted on request.

A visitor count and country. Each visit increments a counter and records the country your request came from. No IP address is stored against it.

Standard server logs. The web server records requests as any web server does.

Browser notifications, only if you explicitly allow them. Withdraw permission in your browser settings and the subscription stops working.

Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and IP addresses to collect information, as a result of ads being served on this site.

Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. This site also runs the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that an enquiry happened so advertising can be measured. It is deliberately sent without your name, email or message — only that a lead occurred, never who it was.

Donations on the community page are handled by Razorpay. Card and banking details are entered on Razorpay's systems and never reach this site — I only see that a payment succeeded and for how much.

The site runs on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region, which is where enquiries and chats are stored. Email is sent through a mail provider so you get an acknowledgement. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone beyond the services named on this page.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and I will — write to support@powerconnect.ai. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, though the chat will forget you between visits.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quietly slipped in.
